The item had slight scratches on it but overall in good condition. The main issue I had with this purchase was the shipping turn around and customer service or lack thereof.
I was told after purchasing it would take 5 days to process (which is hard to understand 5 days to mail out mini brands) so I requested item be cancelled because it was a time sensitive gift. It was denied and was told I would have to pay for shipping costs that were more than the purchase price. Bottom line: seller was very difficult to talk with and was extremely condescending. The item was mailed on day 6 after purchase and it seemed like it was intentional. Once item was mailed it was received quickly.
