Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Policy 

In order to allow customers the option to secure upcoming new releases we will be offering a pre-order option. Pre-Orders will be charged the full price of the item at checkout. These items are not yet in stock but will show the estimated release dates from the manufacturer on the product page. 

Pre-Ordered Products will have a limited quantity available for pre-order, and will ship separately from all other orders. If you would like to hold or combine your pre-order with another order please reach out to us via the contact form on the website. 

Please note, estimated dates shown are release dates from the manufacturer to be released to us, not delivery dates. Once the item is received, we will update you on shipping and delivery times. Estimated delivery dates may vary depending on the carrier. 

Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders can be cancelled before a label is created for shipment, but are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
