Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on weight and location, by adding items to cart you can see an estimate of your shipping cost to your location.

What shipping carriers do you use?

The main carriers I use are USPS and UPS.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, I only deliver to the United States, and Canada. I am working on getting my International Shipping up and running for the website soon. Until then Please check out my Etsy store by the same name if you are outside of these locations.

Shipping for Pre-Orders

When will my Pre-Order ship?

Pre-Orders will ship based on the time frame listed on the listing. You will be notified via email once we have the item in hand, and orders will begin shipping within 2-3 days after that.

Can I cancel my Pre-Order?

Yes, Pre-Orders can be canceled. If you cancel your Pre-Order, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund in addition to return shipping.

Is there a quantity limit for Pre-Orders?

Yes, Pre-Orders will have quantity limits in order for everyone to have a fair chance to receive the item. I do reserve the right to limit purchase amounts for any item in my shop. Pre-Orders will be limited to a single item, 3, or a full case. Each item must be purchased separately and only one will be allowed per household or account.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Items usually ship within 3-5 business days but usually process faster. Once an item is shipped it arrives between 5-10 business days. There may be a 24-48 hour delay between label creation and the label being scanned by USPS.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. Once an item has been shipped and picked up by USPS, an address cannot be changed. While we try to make every effort to ensure your order has the correct address, we are not responsible for an incorrect address entered during checkout. Please make sure that you double check the address entered on your order.

How can I track my order?

Once an order is confirmed and submitted, it will be processed, you will receive an update once the tracking number and label is created. You can track your order via the tracking number provided.

How do I know if I have received my complete order?

If any changes were made to your order, you will receive an update via email or a refund for items that may have been out of stock before shipment.
